Few days back, Cleartrip sent me a mail asking to fill a survey for them on booking international tickets. Since, I have used the site for domestic airline tickets booking and did consult the same for the US Trip too. So, I could contribute to it. Also, I was supposed to receive a Rs. 500 cash voucher after completing the survey.
I completed the survey and was promised that voucher will be sent within few days. I did receive the cash voucher on e-mail but they gave a Rs. 1,000 voucher but valid only on international tickets. I appreciated the extra offering but replied asking for domestic ticket voucher as I dont travel international!
Within a day, I received a reply which really delighted me. I was offered an extra 500 rupee cash voucher over and above the first 1000 voucher!
Now, thats customer delight I must say :)
